Overview

Configured services and items still awaiting sign-off.

The portal already has enough structure to surface these services safely. Where a supplier or widget is still undecided, the page stays clear about that status instead of pretending it is live.

Live Chat

Chat4Assistance is wired in through the app shell and can be switched on per portal configuration.

Loads through the existing chat widget partial and the `chat4assistance` config values.
The runtime availability check hides the widget if the provider is unavailable.
Users can launch live chat from Support pages and the sidebar chat affordance.

Screening

Millstream Online / Antidote screening is the likely route for the self-assessment and screening tools.

The integration uses an API + iFrame flow with a returned screening URL per traveller/user.
The supplier documentation confirms the test and production endpoints and the 1-hour screening link window.
The current app can surface the workflow once the final portal credentials and route are agreed.

Accessibility

WS still needs to confirm whether UserWay or AccessiBe is the preferred widget.

The app layout is already accessible-first, but the final widget needs supplier approval.
Once confirmed, the widget can be added globally from the main layout.

Language

A translation widget can be added if WS wants multi-language support in this portal.

Google Translate is the most obvious lightweight option if the portal requires simple language toggles.
A final implementation choice is still pending approval from WS.

Reporting

The Google Analytics property reference shared in the spec is G-DDGEDP16L5.

This can be wired into the global layout once the final reporting owner confirms the account access.
The spec notes that Gosia Rhode and Abi Powell were the current reporting contacts for the live app.
